Couldn’t give a 0. Service was absolutely horrible. The server had no idea what what was on the menu. She was too busy... socializing with the other staff than to pay attention the patrons of the restaurant. Ordered soup prior to our meal, never cameout, had to remind her of the soup. My husbands chicken was cold. We ordered a dish to go, the wrong dish was brought out, shesaid it was the same thing just different? She offered to remake it, she went up to the counter and was mocking us. We asked tospeak to the manager/owner she said he wasn’t there. She said she and the other staff were in charge. When I asked who thetall guy was she said he was a cook. We asked to speak to the manger/owner on the phone…she called but no answer. Then shesaid we could speak to the cook. When she went back there to tell him she telling the owner something very different from whathappened, we were in war shot. The other server said the cook was the owner. So “Maddy” lied to us saying he wasn’t there.The owner would not come out to speak with us. Poorly ran with dismal food. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
Poor service, got the order wrong, quality of food was very poor and the manager was I’ll treating his employees- finally when... we got the bill the manager had the audacity to double charge my credit card but luckily I checked my credit card statementonline and found the manager did this on purpose expecting that people never bother to check their credit card statement online.I went back in the restaurant and asked why did he double charged my whole dinner- he conveniently pretended it was a mistake…and gave the refund of the additional charge. I have dined in the restaurant and also picked up an order. The tall asian lady who works there greeted us warmly and seated... us. She took our orders and served them. She is very nice and a breath of fresh air with all the poor service these days. Iread some previous reviews where they had young male employees with bad attitudes. Glad they are not there anymore, hopefully. I had the chinese lunch special both times. It includes soup, rice and egg roll. This is one of the best asian food placesI've been to in a long time. They have an extensive menu. The food is prepared expertly with delicious seasonings and freshmeat and veggies. They give you a generous portion. Their egg drop and hot sour soups are fresh and delicious. The servicewas excellent, prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend you try China Bridge and I think you will return again andagain. Thanks for the opportunity to praise a great restaurant. Hopefully they will keep up the high level of food and servicequality. Read more
On Monday, August 8th, I ordered schezuan chicken slice and Kong pao tofu, bai chai and vegetable egg foo yong. The chicken in... schezuan was over cooked resulted to dry and there were no sauce. The tofu in kong pao were over cooked and also dry. Not muchsauce and there is no flavor at all; missing seasoning. There were very little bai cai for $10. Please correct this. Read more

I been living in The Woodlands for almost 10 years and I went for the first time to this restaurant last week and I got to say... that this is really an authentic Chinese restaurant and maybe the only one in the north Houston area. The food is amazing, ifyou are looking for an americanized Chinese food, this is not the place for you. Place is clean and location is great. The staffare courteous and very happy to see you. I went to this restaurant once when my friends and I went to Spring to take the driving test. The food was very yummy with a... really good dining environment. I like its Chinese style. And when we chatted with the waitress there, she said they also didcatering. I will definitely go there again, next time when I go somewhere nearby. Terrible experience, ordered online for delivery around 3:30. They do not start taking delivery orders until 5:25 so I set the... delivery for the future at 5:30. Nothing by 6:20. I called the restaurant to be hung up on and then put on hold. While onhold hearing all of the employees conversations, very unprofessional. Finally got someone on the phone to be told my order wason the way. 7pm no food so I called again and again told my food was on the way. I was not so nice this time. Finally got myfood at 7:25 and so disappointed. Spent over $60 dollars to get poor quality of food and not even enough to feed 4 people. Willnever order from them again. Read more
