I ordered online and showed up to discover they had closed early. A sign on the door promised that online orders would be... refunded. A week later and two phone calls with the manager, I still haven?t seen a sign of a refund. At this point I?m going tohave to proceed with a charge back. How disappointing! Read more

Ordered online and came to pick up. It?s 7:55 and the doors are locked. The guy inside looked up at me and continued doing his... thing. I called. He ignored it. Called again, he picked up. Asked why the doors are locked, he rudely said ?because we?reclosing early?. I asked why again, and he said ?because I want too?. I told him that they do not close until 9 and it?s not even8. And his response was ?well I?m closing early today. I can take your order out?. I told him to cancel my order. He arrogantlysaid ?uhh yeah I?m already making it?. I kept telling him to cancel my order and give me my money back and he refused. Told me Iwould have to come back tomorrow and get the manager to do it. Said the manager is Tony. What a joke. This firehouse subs location is just okay. They never say "welcome to Firehouse", which I know is a laughable complaint, but... there is no greeting or hospitality when you come in. This location has upstairs seating up in a loft which is pretty fun. Typical Firehouse with everything you?d expect. Very well... maintained and clean facility. Great gluten free buns, however they are quite pricy as they charge you for a medium sizesandwich as well as an additional charge for the gf bread. Really wish the gf sandwiches weren?t so expensive for how smallthey are! Read more

Wow, impressive salad for a very reasonable price! Great quality ingredients, every bite of this salad tasted fresh and... delicious. Glad I was able to snag a seat outside but the ambiance inside is nice as well with more than enough tables. Thebathrooms were also nice and clean.
