I visited for my sister's 40th birthday celebration lunch. It was our first time and we weren't sure what to expect. Let me... start by saying the service was stellar. Our server William was amazing. We arrived late and he ensured my sister was treatedlike a princess. He patiently explained the menu options and what to expect with recommendations. I'm so glad we listened andenjoyed the full experience. We had the salad bar with the most amazing glazed bacon, butternut squash soup, and endless otherchoices. The presentation of meats was amazing. Lamb steak, lamb chops, top sirloin steak, bacon wrapped chicken, parmesan porkand so many others I tried. Everything was delicious. I've been here several times and it has been good until me and my team came here to celebrate our achievement. The service we... received did not meet our expectation. The majority of my party was here got the table already, but sitting at the barchilling, so the hostess gave our table away. We ended up got stuffed in the very back and got forgotten. We couldn't find ourwaitress anywhere and we constantly had to ask several different people to bring us food. Even the food came out pretty slow andit to 4 trips back and forth for the picanha to serve everyone on the table. There was this strip on the floor and all theservers/managers just walk through it and no one picked it up. You can blame it on the short staffs but it is a high dollarrestaurant so this is definitely not the experience we were looking for. I will not come back. Read more

Had a great, delicious lunch. Being a vegetarian, I just got the salad bar, which was more than enough food. The others got the... full experience. They loved the bacon wrapped chicken and bacon wrapped beef. We all loved the cheese rolls. Was a bitdisappointed as their fryer was broken and couldn’t get the fried plantains (the reason to go here imo and fried polenta). Nosubstitution was made, which was a bit of a disappointment. The waiters were professional and attentive. The hostesses were notas good. We called an hour before our reservation to ask for 30 more minutes bc we were running late. We were told theycouldn’t. We sat on the patio and only a couple of tables were filled while we were there, I don’t think they wanted to bebothered. They also didn’t really care about customer service, their main job. Went there for Sunday brunch (made reservations). It was the best experience I have ever had at an upscale restaurant. The... employees were beyond cheerful, helpful & attentive to our needs. I love the idea of using the red/green markers to let themknow when you're ready for another taste of meat. I believe I tried 8 different meats & all were delicious. The cheese breadjust melts in your mouth (literally). Even the coffee was great! I highly recommend you go here, be prepared to drop a bill ortwo depending on how many in your group and more for supper. Just a fancy buffet very small crowded wasn't the best salad bar you need to have a unique taste for it I guess. Appetizer witch... was the lobster tails was the only highlight of the night meat's all taste the same nothing special. One of my coworkers feel onthe wet floor and I trip on there carpet.
