Wouldn?t allow us to mix toppings because they decided to start closing 15 min before closing time. Locked customers out 10 min... before closing time. When we refused to order since they wouldn?t mix topping the employees started to laugh and talk about us.They did the same to the family they turned away that tried to order before closing but they locked out. I drove out of my way because this place has my favorite ice cream. I had to drive around to find a parking spot at the busy... time of everyone Valentine's Day shopping. Then when I get to the counter I am told that they are only accepting cash. I refuseto pay the outrageous atm fees just to get cash. Not sure I'll come back here again. Read more

Cashier did not listen when asked what my order was. I ordered 2 regular size strawberry & cheesecake mixed with pecans. ... instead of making them separately she did when was easy for her. when finished she put more in one cup and had to dig back infrom one cup to the other to even it out. totally disgusting! We were the last customers of the night on the 10th of this month (at the back of a very long line of summer shoppers). The two... guys working were way more patient and kind than me and super nice to the crazy lady who wanted to sample (what felt like)literally everything while competing for worlds-slowest-ordering. On the plus side, they?ll let you have samples till you findone you like! They worked pretty efficiently for the length of the line and slowness of customers. All three of our cones wereawesome, loved how well they hand-blend your mix-ins. Funny guys, very nice, and patient with indecisive customers like me whowent back and forth on cone or cup.
