Everytime I talked I didn't finish my sentence because the lady at the drive through would cut me off and saay "anything else?"... I'm sure they are busy but the transaction probably would have gone by faster without the constant cutoff Read more

Beware! I thought I was being punked! On 10/15 we ordered breakfast at the drive through around 6:45 am. My order was repeated... back to me correctly so we proceeded to the next window. Before leaving, I inspected the bag only to find I'd been given aMcGriddle instead of the two burrito meal I'd ordered. I kindly let the young lady at the window know, but before I could finishexplaining, the manager (that several people have mentioned here) stormed up to the window and instantly began accusing me oftrying to get free food. I handed her the McGriddle back because it wasn't what I'd ordered, so she put her hands on her hips,rolled her eyes at me, and then proceeded to stare me down. NO JOKE. I thought I was being punked so I began laughing, at whichpoint, she wound up the McGriddle like a softball and PITCHED it as hard as she could through the kitchen before turning tostare me down some more. I have no doubt this is on camera! Still thinking this was some kind of a joke, I attempted to verify.When I realized this was not a joke and that she was being intentionally confrontational, I confronted her, at which point sheturned her back to me and stayed that way until another young lady corrected the mistake and I drove off bewildered. This ladyhas the emotional maturity of a sleep deprived toddler and if she can't handle a McGriddle-gone-wrong, I'm gravely concerned forthe staff she allegedly "manages". Read more

Pulled in 10:50 not knowing it was almost closed. Hadn?t eaten all day so was excited to get a #1. To my avail no answer on the... mic. All lights were on so I checked online and it said open. Scrolled abit more and saw closes at 11. I proceeded to wait evensaid could someone atleast acknowledge me over the speaker? Just rude. If hours are closing at 11 that means you should haveyour full menu available until then. I get side work and cleaning takes time but your paid for it. Your hourly. Restaurantworkers make 2.15. It?s not I?m off at 11 it?s I?m done cooking and helping patrons at 11. Very upset. Read more

I'm laughing at the reviews because it's so true. Yes I've had the same experience with the rude Spanish lady who opens at 5:30.... BOYYY she is so grumpy in the mornings, big ole bags under her eyes, she looks hella mean and it's confirmed once she opens hermouth. I went through drive thru one morning and she was barking at me. Tried to order a coffee and she was is that all is thatall and there wasn't even anyone in front or behind me so not sure why I was being rushed along. I couldn't even order my creamand sugar with the coffee because of her snapping and saying see you at the window and usually they ask if you want that. So Ifigured okay I'll tell her at the window. She nearly has a melt down at the window shaking her finger at me and shaking her headshe said you're supposed to ask at the intercom. I just antagonized her right back asking her why she didn't ask, and what's herrush? She just kept repeating it sounded like she wanted to cry her voice crackling. I mean good God there are more things inlife to be so upset about. Just ridiculous. On top of this they don't know how to use the fryer the hash browns are alwaysdrenched in oil. I use 10 napkins to squeeze all the oil out you wouldn't believe how much oil you're ingesting. I prefer theMcDonald's a little further down. "POUTING Lady!,"..been patient for nearly 2years she graduated to a white shirt and navy uniform...does this make her a... manager!???,, Never greets with a smile and dislikes people. Puts customer in a bad mood. A Constant new staff weekly... isthis a training zone..if so do not waste the customer's time . Please be aware that I have been coming to your drive thru forover 15 years.. The service is the pits! I remind myself daily that every employee deserves a chance but it has come down tothe point that no one cares ..... shame! This lady ignored me at the box so I drive up. She then refused to take my order because "the timer". I went around and she... laughed about "not playin wit you today". I just wanted breakfast. Took a photo to show her boss and she said she was going torun my plates at HPD because she's a cop?! Then she took my photo because I violated her civil rights? We're both in public!If I can't take a photo of soemone threatening me why can she take a photo of me? The weirdest most insane encounter I've everhad. Go to the Starbucks nearby. They're faster and not crazy when you ask them to do their job. Read more
