I ordered delivery for lunch directly from panera website and there ended up being a MAJOR issue with the person who was... delivering(Doordash). Not only did they hang up on me and then ignore my calls back. They put our food on a bench somewhere thati didnt recognize around where I work? I ordered at 11:30. We got fresh new food around 2 from a different driver. Although itwas a nightmare, I want to thank Kayla who was so patient and kind with me! She helped solve everything at panera. She got usfresh food delivered and helped for all the troubles! She has amazing customer service and handled the situation so well! Thankyou so much!!! Read more
One star out of frustration with Panera. EVERY time we go, something is wrong. If it was an occasional thing, I could ignore it.... Tonight, it was cucumber which was to be added to my wife's Greek salad (which looked like a 1/2 salad). We were charged for itso you were aware. Atleast we got the chicken and dressing this time. I come through the drive through at this location about once a month. My visit on Monday March 21 was extremely pleasant due to... Jerry M. working at the window. The menu had fogged up because of the rain and she helped me figure out the name of the drink Iusually get. I sometimes forget about my loyalty card but she asked before I thought about it. She was extremely pleasant andcheerful. What a pleasure to not be shuffled through the line and on to the next person yet receiving my order correctly done ina timely manner. One of my favorite Panera Bread. Good food, the new pizzas are great and the location is exceptional in The Woodlands Mall. The... only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because they are not cleaning after a person sits in a table. Sometimes I have toclean the table myself with disinfecting wipes. Everytime I come to Panera bread I have a bad experience. And not just at this location. It was not my idea to come to Panera... bread today, my sister wanted to meet here. I figured I would give it another chance. The spout for the lemonade was broken andeven though I brought it to their attention they made no move to fix it. And although I ordered the Tuscan Chicken sandwhich,there was almost no chicken In it. It was mainly bread, tomatoes and cheese. So for $13.91 it was a rip-off. Panera is usually a great place to have breakfast however this particular day at this particular location the experience has... been awful. The racks were almost completely empty. We were charged for food we didn't order. Then we were served the wrongfood. After that my wife's bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich was served with no bacon at all... my daughter's sandwich wasn'tgood either... although the personnel was polite and offered apologies their excuse was they had planned a catering service sothe restaurant was suffering for the lack of their own planning which shows just plain old incompetence . Been ordering here for from time to time. Now the place is slowly turning into a hole. Most recent experience for take out order... - waited 20 minutes more for order to be ready, then another 10 minutes to find the bag with my order. Staff just keepsrepeating how they overwhelmed while there are nut many people. Got back with the bag to find out that out of 3 items orderedthey put 2 wrong items and one didn't even make it to the bag. Read more
