Poorly managed. 5 on staff . 1 at register , 1 prepping. 2 in the back. 6 costumers waiting.

Nothing was fresh at all, and WAY too much butter on the pretzels.
This place is the worst! There are never any pretzels ready so you have to wait like 25 minutes, then, if there's a line of... people waiting, they run out and you have to wait another 25 minutes. And it cost a fortune for pretzels. I'm done. Read more
