This is my favorite Starbucks and the only one I go to anymore. The employees are so interactive with their customers. I love... the positive vibes I get from the staff here. Avery is awesome! I ordered a venti drink on this location and when I went to pick it up the drink is half empty! Its a venti size cup but the... drink is a grande!!! When I asked the girl regarding the drink and brought up to her attention that I have ordered a venti sizeand what she was giving me was not a venti, she responded with a really bad attitude ?that is a venti?!!! I don?t think is fairas a customer to pay more for a venti and received less and with a bad attitude and demand my rights as a customer in somethingthat i paid for. Read more
