When I walked into the store I had no idea what to oder... Literally no clue and even though I tried to think for options... nothing came to mind until the girl that was there, hmmm Emma I think suggested me to get a grande shaken espresso with 4 fullpumps of classic, with cinnamon powder shaken in. DO NOT go to this location. My daughter and I were severely food poisoned from their cream in a coffee we both shared. I should... have known better when I received an old looking pumpkin cream cold brew that surely wasn't just made. But I always fear sendingstuff back. Guess I would have been better off in this instance. I tried calling today when I was feeling back normal afterbeing ill all weekend from this drink to inform the manager what happened so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Well 1 hourlater and I'm still hitting redial. The employees just hang up the phone without answering. This is the worst customerexperience I've ever had. Read more
Super disappointed in my experience at this location recently. I pay an extra $1.25 for sweet cream cold foam and it?s almost... never made right. The past 3 times I?ve been here they give me salted caramel instead of what I ordered (vanilla) and when I doget the vanilla cold foam, there is little to none in my cup. The customer service is always amazing, but attention to detail islacking. Read more
Yesterday was a good day! The whole process from loading, to ordering, and receiving my order was smooth and without any glitch!... The young man who took my order and made it, too, was extremely pleasant and fast! Hope that this location will become a newfavorite! Read more
We stopped by yesterday on our way home and were disappointed. None of the sweets we wanted were available, seems to be a... Starbucks thing these days, the one that we got was not taken out of its packaging, and this could have been an offday or just abrutal one, but the staff was not very customer-oriented with their approach. We'll more than likely swing by again - after allfall season line up of fun coffees is just a hurricane season away - and hope the experience will be more positive. In themeantime, stay strong, be well, and talk to headquarters about supplying the goods more often! ???? Read more
The staff at this Woodlands location warmly greeted me as I walked in the door. I asked for tea recommendations and the barista... took the time to explain to me all the options. They have a big table for laptops that is great for meetings. Internet speedhere is great. Nice patio area as well. highly recommend. Read more
Very good service, nice atmosphere and clean bathroom. Steve is the best employee, he always greet clients with a lovely happy... smile, and he makes sure all the clients are satisfied and happy with the service. This is our most favorite Starbucks locationin the Woodlands. Strongly recommend to friends and anyone looking for a nice coffee place in the area. Read more
