Not only was my online order 20 minutes late. I had to ask for an explanation. Manager finally comes and tells me that they lost... my ticket and she would give me a refund. Ridiculous. I have gone to this torchy?s a plethora of times, but after today I might bot go back. I made a to go order for two steak and... cheese only tacos, waited over 30 minutes for them, only for them to come out COLD. Usually the cheese is melted on the steak,not the case this time. After a long day at work and craving this for dinner, I am so so so disappointed. All I wanted was formy food to be hot and ready, not forgotten about. Whatever is going on in your kitchen, fix it! Bartender told casher " I can't make that, only on the rocks" very rude no apologies just stormed away... We ask for frozen top... shelf... My husband told him that's fine. Bartender just made his slammed & slid it over to him then went outside to serveother's 10 mins later my husband told him he ordered 2. So he proceeded with an attitude slamming cabinets and delivered mymargarita the same way not saying a word to us.???????????????????????? Read more
I gave this place 3 stars comparing this to other torchys sites, however its good over all, but ive been to different torchys... branches and the food there taste much better. The salmon was too hot , and very salty. Read more
Pretty good but definitely very pricey. Spent over $50 dollars for two adults 1 kid. They should at least offer a side with the... tacos or drinks included for the price. My daughter had quesadillas (which I had no clue were only 2 mini pieces for 3 bucks) Wehad total of 6 tacos and 2 non alcoholic drinks. I definitely recommend the Baja Shrimp and that sauce. My husband had thetrailer park and chicken fajitas, his fav was the trailer park which I was just ok about. It was pretty crowded for a Thursdayevening and the people cleaning are always in the way which can be great because they cleaning all tables but always in the way.Overall I like this place just wish it wasn?t pricey and will try out different tacos when I feel like spending money. Yikes is the place expensive! We don't mind expensive if the service is good and the food is worth it but wow were we... disappointed. There is almost nobody working here. There is no silverware and no napkins for our $75 lunch. It's for yoursafety, of course. Just ask someone if you need something... if you can find them. Oh, when you check out at the front you areasked to pay a 20% or 30% tip because you know, someone pressed buttons on the register. Never again. Read more
Poor quality tortilla. Democrat (barbacoa) was not that good. Fajita was better. Shrimp taco was good. My wife asked for no... onions about 3 times and we still got it. So not good on attention to detail. Nice place, nice vibe, good size tacos, butaverage taste. Read more
I've been to Torchys several times, and the 3/5 is due to some severe mixed impressions. As far as I'm concerned they have great... staff who generally go beyond politeness into being downright friendly. The mixed part is the food. Their tacos are artisan andinteresting, but they're small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and 4-7$ seems mildly questionable for its value, but notfor its taste. Finally, I'm convinced it gave me food poisoning lately, 6 hours after eating there I got violently ill for therest of the night. I'm hoping it was just a freak accident, hence the 3 and not 1 out of 5, but you may understand that I'm notgoing to be eating there again. Read more
