Love that they serve organic wine here! Comfy setting, and friendly staff members! Brian the manager stopped by the table to... check in! Brussel sprout app was perfection. I enjoyed the chicken sausage pizza with gluten free crust, great crunch to thecrust! Read more

LOVED THE DECOR of the restaurant. So pretty. Such a great place to meet friends or a have a casual date. The food was delicious... and relatively fast. Don't forget to drink your spa water upon entering. Hydration is a must in this heat! Read more

Ehh... Fancy and Fresh. The entrees are good but sides options are lacking. I got a veggie burger, very tasty. But then they... don't have fries so i was left with kale and sweet potatoes. It didn't go together well. However, i would return and trysomething else! Woodlands location very clean and decent customer service. Read more

Nice place for a casual lunch. When the weather’s nice, the vibes on the outdoor patio are excellent! I ordered the Ancient... grains bowl, which is basically the “Mother earth bowl” equivalent from Flowerchild. The prices at True Food are higher andportion sizes are smaller, but it is still filling, and I guess not overeating will make you feel healthier. Would love to trysomething else next time! Everything we had was really fresh and flavorful! Staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Ingredients are... locally-sourced and many dishes are autoimmune protocol friendly. No complaints about the fuss at all everything was topnotch! Prices are a bit steep, though, for the budget-conscious. We had two apps, two entrees, and some drinks (no alcohol) andpaid over $90. Meal was worth the money, just not something we could do every day. So come and enjoy their wonderful flavors, just be sure to bring your big pocketbook! Read more

I had previous reviewed this place at 5 stars. I love the ancient grains bowl, but this time I show up and the place is... filthy. I had to fight flies the whole dinner. The wine classes are dirty with gunk on them. There is dirty silverware. Mybeer class has stuff on the side I had to scrape off. We got appetizer plates that we sent back because it had old food still onit. For a $90 dinner for two, I think it would have been cleaner to eat out of a dog food bowl. For the price and experience, dinner was definitely ruined. Sad because we were really excited to come back. Read more

Birthday celebration! We had dinner here with friends. It was a party of 9 six adults and 3 kids. We decided to sit outside... since the weather was nice. I definitely enjoyed this place. Imagine you’re on a diet and counting macros, this place keepstheir ingredients pretty clean. I had the shrimp tacos, super flavorful. The street corn had a little kick. The skinny margaritawas actually “refreshing” with the mint and cucumber. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends that eatclean or want to experience something different. I would not recommend this place to all my pulled pork, fried chicken, tortaeating friends. Don’t do it you might be disappointed, BUT I loved it. Read more
