This was an interesting experience. The waitress was kind and knowledgeable of the menu items. She was quite kind - Alexis is... her name. The bread - pretty good. The asparagus with crab meat, appetizers - really good flavor. The red snapper & linguini -good flavor, fish a little dry for me The lamb - they disappeared pretty quickly Read more

We love the atmosphere of Via Emilia! We had dinner here and really enjoyed the wild boar gnocchi special (available through Oct... 2022) along with the pollo alla parmigiana (I substituted Alfredo on the linguine instead of the pomodoro sauce.) The lightingis very dim, so I tried my best to brighten the photos. They are very versatile and willing to swap sauces if you prefer something different than the menu says. The cannoli was delicious and reminded me of our time in Italy, I eat it before I was ableto get a photo. The tiramisu was also fantastic! My husband had the self-control to savor it for three days. It’s been a couple years since we ate at Via Emilia. The food was excellent. The service was great. We liked the Pear with... Gorgonzola appetizer followed by linguini with red snapper and the braised veal ravioli. We loved it. An expensive restaurantbut worth it for the food and ambiance. Read more

I dined alone while having my car serviced. Monday at 11am was perfect. I had the whole place to myself. Cozy atmosphere with an... interesting playlist of music. The food was fresh, homemade and fantastic. I had a house salad, beef ravioli and a lemon desertwith coffee. I totally recommend for a date night or just a casual meal. I will be returning. My wife and I have eaten a few times and they didn't disappoint today. The Chelan Sea Bass with rosemary potatoes is my new... favorite dish. The limincello martini, shaken not stirred, is great as always. I would highly recommend! Read more

Pomegranate Martini and Lemon drops were excellent starters. Calamari could use a little more seasoning, but when combined with... the marinara sauce…excellent. I almost got the braised short ribs, since my daughter raves about them previously, but endedup sticking with the Lasagna with sausage on top. Delicious. My wife had a perfectly cooked filet, my daughter enjoyed theveal medallions. Everything was fantastic as always. Read more

Loved the ambiance. With live piano and a well-spaced floor, our night was delicious. We were so excited that we forgot to take... more pictures, bathrooms were clean too. Our server could be better. Even the chef came and checked on us for anything weneeded, we felt their love and passion for their food and business. Read more
