We love the atmosphere of Via Emilia! We had dinner here and really enjoyed the wild boar gnocchi special (available through Oct... 2022) along with the pollo alla parmigiana (I substituted Alfredo on the linguine instead of the pomodoro sauce.) The lightingis very dim, so I tried my best to brighten the photos. They are very versatile and willing to swap sauces if you prefer something different than the menu says. The cannoli was delicious and reminded me of our time in Italy, I eat it before I was ableto get a photo. The tiramisu was also fantastic! My husband had the self-control to savor it for three days. I dined alone while having my car serviced. Monday at 11am was perfect. I had the whole place to myself. Cozy atmosphere with an... interesting playlist of music. The food was fresh, homemade and fantastic. I had a house salad, beef ravioli and a lemon desertwith coffee. I totally recommend for a date night or just a casual meal. I will be returning. Pomegranate Martini and Lemon drops were excellent starters. Calamari could use a little more seasoning, but when combined with... the marinara sauce…excellent. I almost got the braised short ribs, since my daughter raves about them previously, but endedup sticking with the Lasagna with sausage on top. Delicious.
