Their pizza is good, really good. Actually I?ve tried quite a few items on their menu, and everything is great! Just make sure... you try the pizza. Fluffy, buttery, pan-style pizza, with a crust that would be a sin to waste ? crunchy and chewy with a slightchar along the rim. Definitely better than some of the more well-known pizza chains. They have a lovely patio with plenty ofseating. They were super busy but we feel like we waited a reasonable time to be seated and for our food. Overall it was apleasant experience! Read more
We discovered Grog's a couple of years back and had no chance to visit again during the pandemic. We had to go back on our way... to the Huron Country Playhouse. It certainly looks busy when we arrived for our Sunday lunch. Despite being told that therewill a bit of a wait, we were seated after 3 minutes. They were being cautious I guess. We ordered a 2-piece fish and chipsand Spicy Perogi Pizza. Both were excellent. The fish is crispy without overloaded with batter, the way I like it. Theservice is also excellent. A large part of parking area is now outdoor dining area. it would have been good if it wasn'tthreatening thunderstorm Sunday. Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Highly recommended. Read more
Our trips down to grand bend would not be complete without making a stop at Grog?s!! We love it here. Food is delicious. We... ordered the specials - steak sandwich and fries, beef lasagna, personal size Mediterranean pizza and the small sized Grog?sHearty pizza. All paired with local beer Port Franks Riot and merlot wine (wine Wednesday ????). This is all for 2 people lol. Read more
My husband and I drove from Sarnia to try the Valentine's Special! It was amazing and so much food for the price. It was a very... cozy and comfy atmosphere and I love how they decorated for Valentine's Day. The staff was super friendly and the food camequickly! Also their Valentine martini was sooo good. Tasty pub fare, hot spicy mulled wine and cracking fires in the outdoor firepits on the patio were exactly what we needed after... a long afternoon hiking in the Pinery provincial park on this cold January Saturday. It was very atmospheric and nice. I'mdefinitely coming back there again! Read more
There are so delicious food. My family ordered medium pizza (BBQ chicken) and Nachos and Kid's meal (chicken nuggets) for 5... family members. They are all fantastic! All sources for Nachos are free except Guacamole ($3). Read more
