I ordered at 9:18 last night, at 10:30 I called and told them i haven't received my food. The woman on the line was sweet and... trying to help, she gave the phone to the manager and he said "I can't help you right now, all my drivers are gone and my ovensare off, call in the morning and I can help you.". Then I called at 12:00pm this morning and the woman who picked up was rudeand impatient. I asked for a refund and she said I can't give you a refund if the order didn't go through. I've been inside once before Covid struck and it seemed clean and maintained well. Have only done drive thru since. Employees... (then and now) have always seemed friendly and helpful. My most recent visit, they even seemed to be exhibiting teamwork from myobservation. As with most drive thru or curbside pickups, you can order ahead of time (by phone, website or app) and wait less.As far as their pizza and other food, although it's not my personal favorite, I have never had a reason to complain about theirfood. Worst Pizza I have every had. The pizza was delivered 40 minutes past the notification as to when I was supposed to receive.... When delivered the driver stated sorry I?m late had another delivery and caught in traffic. Pizza was stone cold and dry.Couldn?t even see cheese on it. Called spoke with manager think her name was Claudia said she can give me a future credit on mynext order. Why would I order again when the pizza wasn?t even prepared right much less delivered late.
