I've been going to Time to Eat for years and I still love it every time. I've probably tried everything on their menu at least... once at this point and I'm never disappointed. My favorite thing is their grilled pork chops with tomato gravy. Their creamedspinach is also really good, but you have a 50/50 chance it's going to be cold. I still love it though. The wait time variesdepending on the time of day or how busy they are. Sometimes you get your food really fast and other times it can take 45minutes to over an hour. If you want breakfast and are tired of Waffle House or IHOP then you need to go here. I highlyrecommend their creamed spinach omelet. I'm not a big omelet fan, but man that thing is delicious. We pulled in w a bus of 15 people and had the best experience we have had. The food was very hot and delicious. The service was... fast. Some places we stop at we have had a three hour lunch. Not here. We were in and out on our way to Bellingrath in half thetime because :) it was Time to Eat. Read more

Well they say mom and pop hole in the wall places have the best food! All I have to say is they were right! This place has the... best food period. I had the blackened chicken sandwich for lunch and it was delicious, the atmosphere was unique as well, playedof the name of the restaurant there were all kinds of clocks everywhere. The best find EVER. I had the chicken fried steak-superb! We are on a road trip from Corpus Christi, TX, this is the best food... we?ve eaten thus far. Was told there are over 700 clocks on the walls. Fun to look at so many different clocks. Also, if youbring in a clock to them, you?ll get a free dessert. Read more
AMAZING BREAKFAST!! I travel all around the country and am always on the hunt for the best local eats and this place absolutely... delivered. My omelette was literally bursting with flavor and clock decor was straight out of Doc Browns ?Back to the Future?lab. My waitress (apologies her name is escaping me but was ?lil ??) was fantastic.
