Well, once again, this Jack in the Box COULD NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS UNLESS IT WAS CASH. So, we weren't able to actually BUY... what we wanted. This is the ONLY Jack in the Box, that I know of that has so many problems with payments. Read more

Constant bad experiences. Cold fries are usually consistent and the wrong size is usually given, check your bag before you... leave. Staff is usually very uneducated and you'll end up repeating yourself multiple times as they repeat the same thing backto you, seriously annoying. Read more

Was denied at the drive thru about 40 min ago cause they are on lunch. It seems like only 1 person works there. Also these past... few times on the weekend when drive through 24hrs they have the drive through closed at 4am. Read more

Didn't get what I went for (over $20 purchase) because they didn't know how to work the registers all of a sudden; or it can be... what it felt like: they are not travelor friendly. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this stop! Read more

No drive-through service, waited five minutes and drive-through finally drove up to window had Rogelio and his overweight... coworker start to yell out at me telling me they?re shorthanded and that they told me to wait in the drive-through five minutesor more is more than enough time to be waiting. Horrible experience. I looked at their menu in the drive through and it clearly saw tacos for (2)1.49. Nothing I made up. I got... to the window and lady told me to I was lying I took pictures and told them I would be calling headquarters. They werecharging me 1.89. I felt as if they thought I was trying t ok Rob them. As I decided not to argue further I paid what theycharged me. Well over the price the menu said. As I went back through just for me my own satisfaction to take pictures, to leteveryone know I wasn't lying, about the wrong price of tacos. To my surprise I encountered a very rude man, stating he was themanager. Hecwas so darn rude to me. I couldn't understand why he couldn't be a manager with respect for me. It wasn't the errorit was the principal of how I was treated. Long story short he didn't make anything right even though clearly showed 149 and wasvery rude to me and said I could give you 20 cents if you would like and that wasn't called for. I had already paid the chargesthey charged me for. I believe the customer service he portrayed was very much so below zero. He should have treated me betterunderstanding that their billboard showed a price and he should have honored it. Instead he argued with me he said for me tocall headquarters was very rude to me and said I could give you some change if you want and again it was not the $0.20difference or 40 cents difference or whatever it was it was the principle of the thing and how I was treated and that wasdefinitely not called for.
