It was a super busy night, but our waiter Justin, did an amazing job at making sure our drinks, chips and salsa were refilled... until the food arrived. We had a group of five and everyone?s order was correct and delicious. I?ve had the pollo nachos atother El Paso locations several times, and this was by far the best I?ve had there. I also had the Sangria Margarita which wasmade by Justin. It tasted amazing and was a great change of pace instead of a regular margarita. Thanks again and keep up thegood work! Read more
Service and guacamole were fine, but whatever they call cheese...is not cheese.
I and my Hispanic family always go to El Paso to eat well and pass a good time. Waiters and service is always great and... friendly. The food is good as well. Read more
Working here from out of town. I have visited this establishment 4 times this week (close to the hotels). 3 times were great,... tonight was awful. Bartender has additude, lack of effort and ability for her job. Food came out cold. Didn't even finish mydrink asked for a box so I could leave to heat my food up and eat. Read more
Not even deserving of the one star given. Worst service ever, we sat at the bar, the bar tender just talked with her friends,... didn?t come ask what we wanted for a long time, then handed us drink menus and left again. Do NOT waste your time or money! Shetook our order and then didn?t charge us for the drinks we ordered, but for more expensive drinks! When asked to fix it, we weretold it was correct! Terrible service, worse drinks! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! One server dropped a wall hanging and thenleft it on the floor, we picked it up after several minutes and several workers who walked passed it ignoring the hazard on thefloor. Ordered two chicken quesadillas and both had at most 4 chicken chunks per quesadilla, you get two per order. That's $15 for at... most 12 grams, .423 ounces, of chicken. This is an absolutely ridiculous cost to product ratio. I will not be returning to thisestablishment. Read more
