The Thibodaux location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the service is great and friendly. Sometimes we walk in, sit for five minutes... and the workers stay behind the partition talking and can care less so we leave. Read more

Stop here for lunch! I could hear their entire conversation in the grill area. Sadly and unprofessional the manager was involved... in this loud and public conversation heard throughout the restaurant. Including hearing them complain about other employees whowork other shifts, yelling to each their personal business, and short outburst of not so pleasant singing! Last but not leastthe food was nasty. Philly steak soggy and onion rings overcooked! Server CLemencia was an exception, she was very nice andseemed out of place from the rest of the crew! And looking at previous Reviews the owner seems very aware of the things thattake place at this location! I think it?s time to make a call to Franchise! Read more
First visit, employees were fighting each other and could hear the manager threatening to send them home. All while my food took... an hour to come out. Second visit, I tried to order over the phone to take out . They were rude and kept me on hold for 15-20minutes. While on hold I could hear them laughing and joking around. Dished clinking together all while I?m still on hold. Shefinally answers rudely again. I began placing my order. After trying to give her the order for three meals , she tells me I haveto go to the business to order. This place needs new employees and/or new management. Read more

No one wanted to seat us. Workers just glared at us as if they didn't want us there. Maybe 6 options on the limited menu, and... only 2 were breakfast options. 24 hour diner thats open from 6 to 2 better off closing their doors for good. Read more
Worst customer service I've ever had. What a dump. Not only was the server rude but they f'd up every single person's order at... out table. The manager told me she would take off 10 percent. This crazy broad I ordered a whole breakfast , didn't get mycoffee , didn't get my biscuit n gravy and didn't get my toast. I got three runny eggs and a tiny piece of ham and they forgotmy water !
