The food that day was excellent, as was the service and attitudes.
They were very polite and fast.
Food was good but the wait time at the drive thru was crazy an there were only 3 cars in line
Food needs to be a little more fresher.
The lobby is open and clean. The staff are all on point we didn't wait long.
Sat in the double drive through for 20 min while the employee took orders from the other lane instead of taking every other... order from different lanes. Then when I had enough and tried to leave i couldn't because of the cars in line across the exit tothe ordering lane. ???? other than that I guess McDonald's is McDonald's ???? Read more
The fries were good. Ordered and paid with kiosk which was good cause no one was working the registers to take payments.... Employees were too busy talking with each other and friends at the counter to pay attention to the orders. Read more
I came in for nuggets fries and ice cream, I left with a cheeseburger I've cream and fries. Not sure if anyone else likes the... feeling of leaving your home on a rainy day for a snack only to return home without one, I don't. After opening the bag when Iarrived home to see my order was not what I ordered I returned. The line is usually long whenever I come here so I pulled to theside of the drive thru line. I gave the lady my receipt and bag with burger back and simply wanted a refund for the nuggets. Theperson immediately said that she could not do it. I was not okay with this but she did offer me nuggets. I declined because Isat in line patiently and waited for my food the first time that I did not receive. My reasoning for this is that I trusted youto get it right the first time, my second trip will only ever be for a refund that I did not receive. I did let the lady knowthat I wanted nothing from them and pulled off and paid for nuggets again at another location. Out of 10 times this location hasserved me right maybe 4. Dear manger, from intercom, to window to pay, to window to pick up, I figure it's no more than 70-80feet . If your staff cannot get it right with all of that technology I suppose you also need to learn how to train your peoplecorrectly. I have see may McDonald's close down and hopefully this one is next.
