Honestly, not a bad restaurant. Staffers seemed enthusiastic, especially the manager, David. everything was clean, however I was... accidentally given the wrong pizza, where it had "Square Is God" written on it. Confused, I asked him if he mixed up orders, andhe said it was meant for his friend "Square" (who??? I've lived in this town for 20 years and do not know anyone named"Square"), however he quickly gave me my pizza (very delicious!). Later on that day, my son was sitting at his computer playing"disco" and "Ride way", when I saw the same pizza on his screen, attached to a profile called "DevGralius". Extremely disappointed.. Ordered the Cabot special and opened the box and see a large amount of ginger hair pieces on my pizza,... I called the manager named David Racoon? forgot his last name but he said It was meant to be on the pizza since that what theCabot Special is. Never ordering from here again. Would not recommend this place. Read more
Not impressed. Ordered the Cabot-Fitza Special, got given a burnt Pepperoni Pizza (barely any pepperoni). Called the manager... (David Racine) over, told me to get over it? David made this a truly wonderful experience. He was a polite gentleman. I had an online order that did not work, because I had... already paid (money taken out of my account); however, apparently it didn't go in. No idea as to why. However, I showed him thepayment receipt and he handled it professionally. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much David. Read more
Wonderful Location, Manager David Racine is doing a wonderful job with the place. I would highly recommend this franchise rather... than the broke people *cough cough Domino or Pizza hut*. David should keep up the spectacular job and he should be moved up tocorporate. Keep up the good work! Read more
