I tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but I?m done. I won?t be coming back. I ordered a cake 48 hours ago for... pickup and it?s not ready. Bad experience. Called ahead to see if they had specific ice cream cakes. After being told they had several in stock, I arrived... to find they had none of the kind. The owner lied by stating someone just bought the one I wanted. I should have read thereviews of this place prior to going there. Trust the bad reviews, they're accurate. Read more
Very bad experience with a worker. Gave her my COMPLETE ORDER and this Hispanic girl still got it wrong. She gave ME attitude... for HER MISTAKES. She still has the audacity to call ME rude when SHE got my order messed up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Sick of theseunprofessional kids working these shops and having no manners. Would give it 0 stars. Definitely the worst!! There is ONE YES ONE person in this place at all times who knows anything about ice cream or coffee. I... wish I knew her name Kudos To her for rescuing everyone else that's works there. I have been here several times now in the lastfew months they have been out of milk out of any kind of syrups, I've cream donuts ect.. laughing goofing around with otheremployees about being out of product. Tonight I had to pull of in a parking spot and wait for a shake and an oreo sundae becausethey didnt know how to make them. I was asked what do I want on it?? I wish I could give them no stars. This is what I get for trying to go to the same Baskin Robbins time and time again, trying to... give them more chances, of having awful service and dealing with lazy and rude workers. The most recent time I went through thedrive-thru to get a mint chocolate chip milkshake. And they told me they only had enough for one scoop for the milkshake andthey would have to get another tub and they didn?t want to do that. Are you kidding me? That is the laziest and worst thing Ihave ever heard. You won?t go get another tub for a paying customer? Are you actually kidding me? The other times that I?vetried going here, they have locked their lobby at 8:30 to 8:45 when their sign says they are open until 10. I even tried goingcloser to 8:15 thinking maybe they closed it at 8:30 for some odd reason. I was told by a worker through the window to do thedrive-thru. Are you kidding me again? Your sign says you are open until 10 and doesn?t specifically say that your lobby closesat a certain time. If it said that specifically and I overlooked it, there would be nothing to complain about. For BaskinRobbins, you can?t just order through a drive-thru. You need to see all the flavors. This is seriously the worst Baskin Robbins.It?s worth the drive to go to the one in Round Lake where you actually have to go in to get what you want versus a drive-thru.They are the best at Round Lake!
