DONT DO IT! The chicken taste like wood, which resembled it as well. Very disappointed….steak fried rice taste like it was... made last week. Egg roll taste like it was rolled up for months and then baked. You’ll really need to do better. I wouldlove to see a BIG improvement before attempting to eat anything from here again. Read more

man, I didn't think a Asian restaurant could be worse than Chan's in Gurnee but this place has succeed . I had the Egg Foo... Young, carry out. I think I ended up throwing, at least, 1/3 of it out. I don't know who's food the people giving 4 stars areeating or else they have really low expectations of carry out dining. Don't waste your money in this Asian restaurant. Read more
Gross. Not only did they get the order wrong, the food was disgusting. The egg foo young gravy was the biggest disappointment.... It tasted like it was warmed up from yesterday. It was lumpy and the sauce broke. And it was sweet!?! Really gross. All that $$$down the drain and still hungry. Read more
Food was terrible! From presentation to taste "BIG TIME NASTY" order 4 extra large chicken fried rice and the rice had lumps of... white rice and super sticky, which mean they over cooked the rice. 2 stars because the dumplings were good. Delivery through Uber eats was relatively fast. I ordered Pork Chow Mein. Instead, I... received steam rice and a jug of pork mixture that lacked flavor. The veggies were undercooked as well. The wife ordered thechicken fried rice. The fried rice was bland and the chicken had zero seasoning. It tasted like someone steamed the chicken,cut it up and folded it into the rice mixture. The veggies again were undercooked and the chicken was flavorless. Thedumplings were good. We ate here once before about 5 or 6 months ago. We didn't have a bad experience, but it wasn'tmemorable, so we gave it another shot. Pork fried rice was very good. Egg roll was average. Sweet and sour shrimp was the strangest I’ve seen in a Chinese... restaurant. Any other place I be gotten it from it was battered shrimp in sweet and sour sauce along with pineapple, greenpeppers, sometimes some tomatoes, and some maraschino cherries. This had butterflied breaded (as in the crumbly, crispy type ofbreading) shrimp, bright red duck sauce instead of sweet and sour, and nothing else, no pineapples, peppers, etc. Thank goodnessthe portion size on the fried rice was good, because I gave up on the crunchy, crayon colored shrimp after a few bites. I'm going to start out by saying "Tang's sucks!" Now that that's out of the way.... This place is awesome! My wife and I just... moved to Gurnee from the Chicago-land area, about a month ago and we were hard pressed to find a good Chinese restaurant and weare happy that we came upon this place! I'd like to consider myself a pioneer of the pallet when it comes to Chinese food andthis place hits the mark!
