I was at the Dunkin' in Third Lake. The customer service was pleasant, however. They did not give me my change of $1.78 nor my... receipt. When I tried calling (several times) the phone just rang and rang, then the voicemail was full. I couldn't go backbecause I was in my way to work..... I go to this dunkin very often and there is this one worker who is always very disrespectful to customer. I am pretty sure he is... the manager and his name is Jingnesh. I just went today to get a coffee. I don't mean to be a Karen but I went to a different location to get a coffee and after I... left I realized they did not make it correctly. I went to this location that was on the way to my destination and asked with thecoffee and receipt in hand and waited 25 minutes before anyone paid attention to me and took my order. I asked politely if Icould possibly get my drink fixed (which I have done before when made wrong) and the lady was pretty rude and just said no.Especially after not getting service for such a long time...to get such a rude no did not feel too good.
