They were good, but then they started being inconsistent. Snacking bacon is often burnt and doesn't have the candied flavor... anymore. Basically just regular overcooked bacon which is disappointing... this was one of my favorite items there. Read more

Spotless branch of Dunkin' ("Dunkin' Donuts" until recently) with drive-through. Merchandise stacked attractively. Comfortable... lounge with faux fireplace and pleather armchairs. Bathroom closed off during this review due to the 'Rona. Very friendly staff,as the cashier had the empathy to realize that through her mask and the plexiglass shield (again due to the 'Rona), I could notproperly hear her. Busy parking lot, with separate ingress and egress. Bulletin board advertising local freelancers andbusinesses. Read more
This is normally my go to Dunkin Donuts, however their new management is horrible. I go to this specific Dunkin Donuts nearly... every day and suddenly they're trying to charge for small cups of water as if we live in Waterbury I thought our community wasbetter than that. And it's not even like I can go to the one on the hill because I owned by the same people. Read more
Not a great experience at all. I never really write reviews and don't like doing 1 star ones, but this was ridiculous. Took 18... minutes to get a coffee inside. Saw 9 cars go through the drive thru before I got my coffee. The girl working the counter mayhave been new, but 1 inept employee can be worse than being short staffed.
