I normally don't write reviews about poor service because I know and understand that it is an extremely difficult field of work,... especially with how people interact with service staff. Having a bad interaction once and again is to be expected, however, whenit becomes a pattern it is a different situation entirely and needs to be addressed. The past three times my Fiancée and I havecome to this location, they have gotten our orders incorrect. That alone is not that much of an inconvenience, and normallywouldn't even be a blip in our day. What I believe to be unacceptable is employees loudly trash-talking the customer they'reserving *with the window open*, continually blaming the customer for their own mistakes, and being exceptionally rude andcondescending about the mishap. I understand getting upset with people who are belligerent and angry, but this type of behavioris not acceptable towards those who are being patient and cordial. Read more

They are almost always busy here. When they are short-staffed, it may take a while to get your order. They are always friendly... towards me. The locals, of which I am one, are mostly patient and courteous. However, I was almost hit by an "outer-stater"one time in the parking lot because, I guess, I was walking too slowly! Read more

I ordered a med hot coffee, went to put it in cup holder and cover came off exploding hot coffee all over my car and purse and... new items for my great granddaughter. Asked for napkins and was ever so rudely told I must have squeezed the cup and too bad! Believe me I did not, cover obviously was not on tight. Grrrrrr Read more

This dunkin is alright, if you don't wait 30 minutes at the drive thru. I'm not usually one to say anything. I waited in line... for 30 minutes and then at the window for 15 minutes, 4 different employees walked by, not one even looked at the window. SuperFrustrating. My advice... Go inside to order. You'll wait but not for 40+ minutes! (Befote you judge, the store was emptyinside) Read more

45 minutes waiting in the drive thru line. Staff seem to be moving all over the place. I question the store layout and worker... efficiency training. Lots of action but not a lot of orders crossing the counters. Staff were busy tripping on each other. Read more

It's fast food coffee, I've found that as of late there isn't much consistency in quality. Sometimes the coffee is really good,... other times it's sour or tastes watered down. I recommend the macchiatos, as they seem to be consistently good. Many Dunkinlocations have longer wait times, which considering is fast food, I'd encourage you to find a local coffee shop to supportbefore waiting too long in line. Read more

Hello! I went to dunkin this morning for my husband. He wanted a frozen dunkachino. I got to the window and the lady said they... don't have that button anymore and listed it as a frozen hot chocolate. Told me it would be the dunkachino my husband requested.Bought it with my free beverage coupon and went on my way. He went to drink it and said it was not the dunkachino he wanted itwas a frozen hot chocolate. If you guys aren't doing the frozen dunkachino it would be nice to just be told that instead ofmessing up an order. Especially since I have to drive 20 mins to even get one, the other dunkins around us do no do the frozendunkachinos anymore. *picture with our order number as I wasn't given a receipt again* Read more
