These are the most prejudice people I have met in the area. They are purposely difficult and rude.
I'm very disappointed. I went in to get my free birthday smoothie. I end up paying full price for it anyway. I don't mind paying... for my smoothies because nothing's free in this life but it's just the principle of the whole situation it was supposed to befree. I spent a lot of money in that place & I earned that free smoothie. The Manager Chelsea has a real bad attitude.She needto work on her attitude or find another job that doesn't involve customers. Everytime I go in there she seem like she has anattitude, but with certain customer she's overly nice with them.It seem like she doesn't want to be there. Great smoothies! Absolutely terrible service. The lady that took my order was rude and seemed like she hated her job. She didn?t... speak. She didn?t even acknowledge me after I spoke. Went in today..the lady serving me had blond tips with glasses younger lady very rude. Seemed like she didn't want to be there... today. Was.reading over menu after I ordered asked her what "diet down" was and could she please add it to my drink. Herresponse was your drink is already done!! Great selection of smoothies whether it's a meal replacement or a snack and even a treat for kids. I did not get the young... ladies name this morning but she had a great personality and smile. She was a pleasure to speak with and that adds to theoverall experience. Read more
I had hoped with new ownership/management this location would have better service. I absolutely love a smoothie first thing in... the morning for breakfast. The last TWO times I have went in the past week the employees were shut off in the office with lightsoff. I always place my orders online so it is ready to go by the time I get there to get to work on time. Each time my order wasnot ready but they obviously new that I had an online order. There is NO reason why I should have to wait because employees aresitting on their a**. Customer Service absolutely SUCKS. PLEASE find new employees! Read more
