The lunch portions are *tiny* compared to their competitors. The food tastes ok, but again the portion you get for the money is... very small. Plus, they don't tell you that there's a 4% service charge if you use a card until *after* you've ordered and thefood is being prepared. Would have liked that info upfront - would have been respectful to the clients to know this beforeordering. Will not be going back. Read more

First time coming here , no idea this place was in Thomasville. Love there cheese dip ? very delicious! This is a stylish... taqueria we had good service . They have aguas frescas ( fresh fruit water ) Pineapple, Mango, Jamaica . The steak tacos couldhave been a bit bigger or double the tortilla but over all they were good . We haven?t tried anything else on the menu but wewill be back to try more . Indoor seating and outside seating is available. Read more

We were on a long road trip a couple days after Thanksgiving, and traffic was horrendous with accidents every 30 miles. ... Dinnertime approached and I was irritated and hangry. We took an exit in Thomasville as yet another car accident was backing uptraffic according to Google Maps. We like to eat local and as fate would have it we pulled into a random parking lot, and therestood El Camino Express. It's a small hole in the wall type of eatery with ample parking outside. You walk into a bright whitedecor with black lettering, food counter to your right and a long dining room ahead. All the decor highlighted that thisrestaurant supported the community and provided a local farm to table type of eats. We knew at this point we hit GOLD! Theyhad several folks coming in and out for takeout food, but we were the only ones dining in. Looks like most interstate travelersare bypassing this gem! Anyway, we ordered ACP, Taco kids meal, and Chicken Tinga Birria Tacos. Everything was phenomenal! The Chicken Tinga Birria Tacos were not on the menu, but I asked if they could use Chicken instead of beef and they happilyobliged. They were packed with a savory light spice flavor, and the dipping sauce made the dish even more epic. I've beenraving about this place to my friends ever since that day. El Camino Express was the highlight of my 10 hour road trip and awelcomed bright spot that addressed my hanger issues lol. Loved the berria tacos. Not like any taco I have ever had. Served with an au jus and hot sauce or green mild sauce. Love all of... them. The burrito bowl was excellent and plenty of food. The Burrito Texanas is fabulous. You will not leave hungry. Made toorder not typical fast food. Plan to sit down and enjoy it. Very kind , hard working family. My favorite place for Mexican food. First time eating at this establishment as it?s sort of obscure in its location. It wasn?t until I was right at the door that I... saw where it was. It?s a small location that is attached to a coffee shop called The Blend. It?s right in between a Dry Cleanersand The Blend. The food is delicious. I had the special of the day, the quesabirria?s, which were amazing! My sister had agrilled chicken quesadilla with rice and beans. All food regardless of take out or dine in is served in plastic take outcontainers. While the food is delicious, the portion sizes are on the small size. For many, their portions will be sufficient.However, if you?re used to getting larger portions at other Mexican/Southwestern establishments, you may be disappointed. Mysister rated her meal an 8 and I rated mine a 9. Great flavor!! The decor is bright and lively. I noticed some trash and bitsof food on the floor which may just be remnants from the lunch crowd (we arrived at 1:30), but this, along with the smallerportions is the reason I didn?t give 5 start.
