The people that work here need to be trained. I can?t even say re-trained because it?s clear they?ve never properly been trained... and so now here we are, without the the food we PAID for via the app because the employees have no idea what they?re doing. Me and two of my friends used the mobile app and sat in a designated parking spot. We had two orders because we used the mobile... app and each were using our points. The woman who brought us the first order which was just a cheeseburger threw it at myfriends face. When she brought out the second order she told us ?if you were going to Order all of this you should have put iton one order instead of having me walk out here multiple times, you know we?re busy.? Lucky if you get the food you ordered at the menu. Could be 10 min, could be 2 min. Some how they just can't get your order... correct. Check your bags before driving away from the drive through window. Or else you will be going back through or insideto have them correct the mistake. Read more
Ordered 2 strawberry and 2 chocolate , they hand me 2 vanilla and 2 that are hardly strawberry, and tell me that?s how our... machines work . Went in spoke to the manager and she says it?s because the syrups are empty . And that would have been fine ifthey wouldn?t have Laid the tubes on the floor while changing them out . I got waited on pretty fast and the food was good. The problem was when I received my order. The lady barely glanced my way when... she gave me my drink , she was busy talking. When she handed me my bag she never looked at me, just kept talking to the otheremployees. To me that's very rude and disrespectful. You should always make eye contact with the customer and say thank you. Read more
