Shouldn't have stopped when I saw no cars in line. Everyone knows they're always packed; now I understand why. 2 workers were... taking my order with difficult and when they asked for my payment; I asked to upsize my fries and drink. She zipped my cardquickly and said it's too late. When I received my order; fries were cold and definitely not fresh and nuggets were semiburnt. I'm a fan of this franchise but this one is awful!! It was about 1 pm and busy, but the grilled chicken sandwich wasn't hot or overly fresh, the original sandwich didn't have the... usual flavor, it was greasy and we had to wait for it to be cooked. Not our best chick fil a experience. Read more
