Shouldn't have stopped when I saw no cars in line. Everyone knows they're always packed; now I understand why. 2 workers were... taking my order with difficult and when they asked for my payment; I asked to upsize my fries and drink. She zipped my cardquickly and said it's too late. When I received my order; fries were cold and definitely not fresh and nuggets were semiburnt. I'm a fan of this franchise but this one is awful!! This Chick-fil-A is great. The wait was short when I drove through the drive through. Great customer service and the food was... fresh! They do carry the 30 piece chicken nuggets for about $15-$17. Read more
It was about 1 pm and busy, but the grilled chicken sandwich wasn't hot or overly fresh, the original sandwich didn't have the... usual flavor, it was greasy and we had to wait for it to be cooked. Not our best chick fil a experience. Read more

Food was great as always but they got my brother in laws order wrong but didn't tell him if they would bring it to me or if I... needed to stay at the counter. It ended up sitting in a bag in the to go order pick up area and he had to go up after 10 minutesto ask where it was. Fantastic service. Good to see such pleasant attitudes such a change from all other fast food chains. A smile, hello, and... especially thank you is so refreshing these days. Prices are still somewhat economical. Two adults can get a delicious meal forunder $20. Read more
The slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. The attendants didn?t manage the line, so three cars that ordered after me went... ahead. I should have expected it since the attendants were just sitting on the ground. The whole experience added 40 minutes ontop of my trip. We won?t be stopping in Thomson ever again. Read more
Pro- costumer service is great as always. Not busy at all for a black Friday dinner and I'm very thankful. Table was clean and ... trashed cans weren't over flowing Con- this is the dirtiest store I've been in- floors, counter, bathrooms- in a long time. Mysandwich was fresh made but cold.
