Got there at 11 this morning. Not full but place was filthy...dirty tables and dishes everywhere. No one acknowledged our... presence. Left and went across interstate next to Loves...much different...nicer folks and better service. Read more
The service was good but while dinning I was very uncomfortable due to a suspicious gentleman inside going back and forward... toward restroom ( not entering) standing in front of register bar, going outside leaving his drink unattended and back in ( whodoes that?) I asked the waitress in reference to him, she didn't know!! But since I was the only man present I engaged in aconversation with him and took a picture prior. Our conversation was about Jesus and he was knowledgeable. I finished my mealand conversation feeling better and so did the females employees since our interaction. Horrible. Upon arrival all tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. Dishes still sitting on the table while waitresses... stood around and talked. So we ended up sitting at the counter (with dirty dishes to me). One waitress was sitting at the tabletalking while the other just stood there and looked at us. The staff was not polite and got in no hurry to do anything. Theceiling and vents were dirty and moldy and there was black substance coming out of the other vents. Another group of customersended up leaving after waiting for a table to be cleaned off and it never was. Read more
They were busy, which is fine. Spent at least 8 min standing by the door (all tables were taken or dirty) and no one said... "we'll be right with you" or even acknowledge we were there. Walked out. Recommend the waffle house on the west bound side ofthe highway. Read more
It's okay, but the 1st time was better, cause the older woman with glasses that's cooking don't know how to keep the egg shells... out of the eggs!!! Who wants to eat crunchy eggs!? Read more
Dirty, 8 people working, none of them apparently thought tables needed to be cleared and wiped. The only side dish is... hashbrowns.....no choices at all. Food is good, but they will not answer the phone when I call to give my order like they did on this morning and last 3-4 times... I called, so I don't eat and they lose money, and I happen to pass it on the way to go get something else and only 1-3 people sothey aren't to busy to answer the phone and take orders, SO they are purposely not taking orders, and losing money! And Ibelieve Waffle house should be checking this because I think it's the workers there not answering so they don't have to bother!And that costs Waffle house $$ and It's a bigger issue than they think!
