The Orchid in Thornbury was quite honestly one of the best breakfast restaurants I?ve ever been to. The hospitality was amazing,... very friendly waitresses and a very homely feel. My husband and I were out for an early bike ride and stopped in for breakfast. We were greeted with smiles from the beginning of... our sit down, throughout our order and food arrival to our payment. Everyone was very attentive . We had a friendly , warm andvery professional Chantelle waiting on us . While waiting for our order we had a lovely gal stop by more than once to make surewe were taken care of and asking if we needed anything else. The owner came by with coffee refills. Our food came in good timeand was delicious. We will stop in again when we have guests visiting . We would highly recommend this great restaurant! Read more
Food was decent and the service was good. Was caught off guard by the upgrade cost from fries to a Caesar salad, that the... waitress didn't inform us of. The cherry cheesecake French toast is a must try. Lots of parking and clean bathrooms. Will returnto give them another shot. Read more
