Got a few pizzas today and they were amazing! Will be coming back to this location.
We order the pan pizze because the regular pizza is mushy. We just ordered tonight and now our pan pizza is undercooked to the... point where it's falling apart. Please cook your pizzas longer. It's disgusting. Read more
This time, my order was ready and made just the way I like it. However, the last time I arrived to pick up my order and they... hadn't even started it. I ended up having to wait an hour before it was ready. They said they were very busy that evening. Read more
update: we went back again today! ???? Got the same pizza we had ordered yesterday. Once again was Delicious! First TIME EVER... eating a dominos pizza and visiting this or any of their locations. Pizza was delicious! Will come back again! Read more
The staff does not support one another to ensure orders are done in a timely matter. App said order was ready still waited 10... minutes past pick up time. Customer service has rapidly decreases in the last 5 months. Read more
First of all, the store spent over an hour ?quality checking? my order. Once my food was on the way, I expected a seamless and... CONTACT FREE delivery (the current standard due to Covid-19). However, the delivery driver did NOT allow the delivery to becontactless; the delivery driver rang the doorbell multiple times and waited for the door to be answered before removing thefood from the bag to give to me. Once I opened my food and began eating I noticed my food was not even close to the quality I?mused to receiving. The lava cakes were still in the tins they were cooked in and there wasn?t any powdered sugar. Not to mentionthey looked like they were dropped on the floor, as one of the cakes was very cracked, Overall, I was throughly disappointed andlet down by my Domino?s experience this evening. Awful!! We ordered pizza, tracker said it was delivered. It was not. We tried to call the store and they wouldn't pick up the... phone. I got in the car and drove there and was informed that they are not picking up the phone because they are short staffed. It was a very small take out store. At the time there were 5 people in there. It had been 2 hours at this point since Iordered. They remade the order and credited the whole amount. However, in watching the people behind the counter, they tookmoney from a customer, wore NO gloves in food prep or removing food from oven. Did NOT wash their hands after handling money. A pizza stick (what they use to pull pizza out of the oven) fell on the floor and they just picked it up and put it with theothers. This place should have a manager on site. So many. Too many to list here, health code violations! We haven't orderedin while feom Domino's because our last experience wasn't good.... it remains horrible. Think twice before you order from here!
