This Papa John's has the worst customer service in the world. When they make a mistake with your order and you speak to the... manage. They will lie and say you they can't refund you. They tell you to call customer service, customer service will theninform you that is not true and only the local store can refund you. You call back and they realize they've been caught in therelie and change there story. From here they will offer you no refund and tell you can have a free pizza if you pick it upyourself even though in the original order you had paid for delivery. Also if they happen not to have something in your orderthat you have placed. They will still go ahead and charge you the full order and hope that you do not notice. The pizza ismediocre at best. Only order from this place if you want the worst pizza experience offered by planet earth. Read more
I've ordered delivery from here three times now and all three I had to drive to the store to pick up the item they forgot. They... refused to bring the missing item to me each time and said they could refund the item, but then one person in the house wouldhave to go without their food. I ordered a deal online 2-2-2 2 large pizzas and a 2 liter soda. They forgot my soda and the guy told me call the restaurant. I... called and the man who answered couldn?t find my order at all, he then just said next time you order just call and ask for asoda. I said I would like a refund or I would like the soda. He kept telling to just ask for a soda next time. That?s terribleservice! Who?s going to remember to ask for a soda when we order a pizza again? It is a complete crapshoot on whether your food is made properly. The first few times we ordered from this location, it was... mostly fantastic. The manager, John, has been great to us. He never hesitated to make things right if anything was forgotten orif the app wasn?t working, etc etc? but I?m beginning to think he must have quit recently, which would be an absolute shame. Aweek ago, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Papadia for delivery and instead was given a BBQ chicken Papadia. The Papadia box wasmarked correctly, just didn?t have the right food inside. It was also extremely hard, like it had sat under a heat lamp for fartoo long. I had to throw it out. My husband called to let them know, (with the intention of having it remade,) however the manhe spoke with (not John) told him that he?d refund his money and hung up. I figured this was a one-off as sometimes mistakeshappen, and ordered another Buffalo Chicken Papadia tonight. Not only was it a just a small pizza simply cut in half, but as youcan see, there?s not even any Buffalo sauce on it. By the time the order was delivered to my apartment, it was only 15 minutestil they closed. I tried calling for those entire 15 minutes straight, and was sent straight to hold every time I called, upuntil the store closed at 9. (I can?t confirm this, but it?s my firm belief that the staff working probably knew exactly who wascalling and why, and the staff chose not to take the call because it was so close to closing.) With no chance of getting thefood remade, I decided to do what I could. After dousing it in franks red hot, I also discovered that it didn?t have any rancheither, which it should?ve had under the cheese. no sauce, no Buffalo sauce, just chicken and cheese on a pizza crust. Every time I order pizza from this location, it is wrong. Tonight, I ordered a pizza, extra garlic sauce and peppercinos. The... pizza wasn?t cut, seriously, what pizzeria forgets to cut a pizza?! I didn?t receive the peppercinos, which I paid extra. Lasttime I ordered from them, they called me after an hour that they didn?t have a driver and i should go ahead and reorder throughdoor dash!
