This store is always out of everything, never properly staffed, management must be poor.
Sometimes I meet friendly employees at this Starbucks, but not always. My latest experience this past Thursday I ordered 3... drinks. The barista gave set the first drink on the counter, but did not label it or put one of the green stirrers in that keepthe coffee plugged and prevent it from spilling, so I asked him if he could put them in the coffees. He proceeds to take 3 ofthem and toss them across the public counter at me. This was not only unsanitary, but not how a good barista would conducthimself. Not only did I have to request a carrier for the 3 coffees, but he just kind of threw that at me as well withouthelping at all. He looked sloppy and was not friendly. I thanked him and was kind, maybe he was having a bad day, but I wouldhesitate to order my coffees here again if he were working. Read more
Always a great coffee and tea, and, oh, the aromas. They are quick under the circumstances.
We ordered 3 Pink Drinks. Apparently what they do is mix a batch. What happens is all the of the drink goodness goes into the... first cup, and by the time the 3rd cup is poured it's only the remnants. My cup was watered down and had only one piece ofstrawberry. Read more
