Was trying it for the first time, while eating the employees where fighting (screaming) with the manager standing on the side... saying nothing, we felt very uncomfortable. Save your money! My husband and I ordered from here Friday 6/17/22. Typically in the past, food was great?when my husband went... to pick it up, he said the location looked very dirty and the food we got, spent $40+, 1 burger, 1 chicken sandwich and 2milkshakes?all in all?my chicken sandwich was so dry - you could tell it was under the heat lamp all day and my husband said ?weshould have just went to Wendy?s?their burgers are better.? Everytime me and my family order here, there?s always a problem. They do not contact us to let us know our food was ready... (whether through the website or DoorDash pick up), so our food would be cold. An item would be missing and they would notcontact us for either a refund on that item or a choice of substitute; they would just throw another item in the bag withoutletting us know OR don?t give any substitute and expect you to pay for the missing item. We have given many chances and eachtime they have let us down with many other reasons. Read more

In a time when everywhere you go is short staffed and customer service is non- existent, my visit to Wayback in Thorndale today... renewed my hope that people still know how to give exemplary service. Everyone on the staff was super friendly- like to thepoint where they could make your day- specifically the guy who took my order (forgot his name, but said he?s from New York.Maybe the manager?) Just goes to show customer service will always be more important than the product or the prices. Althoughthe food was good also, and I felt the prices weren?t horrible. Service was fast too. I had never been to an Wayback Burger but my friends had always said how good they were. I went in not knowing what exactly to... order but the employees knew what to suggest! Everyone working was so helpful and were so pleasant! They had me laughing andhungry. The burger I got was definitely, as the cook told me, "better lookin' then the picture on the menu." I go there prob 5-6 times a month and have never had a bad meal. The burgers, fries, and shakes are very good. The place is... clean and the staff is very friendly. Even if there is a wait they are very sorry and are only doing the best they can do. Iworked in the food industry for 7 years during HS and college. It's not as easy as some people think. We have been coming here periodically for about 7 years. My son wanted to have milkshakes for his birthday, so we decided to... make it a shake and burgers night. 1st, the prices went up so much. Order was over $80! My 3 kids said the milkshakes tastedterrible. Not even sure how you mess those up. They did not even finish them. The burgers were bland. I ordered chicken fingers.Figured those can't be bad. They were burnt and dry. Onion rings were also burnt. We also were not given any of the dips weordered and paid for. I rarely like to give 1 star, but none of the food was good and most not edible. Will never go back. Read more
