The coffee and drinks we ordered were fine, and the space is located centrally in the mall, but it was very busy, making it easy... for orders to pile up. There were only two people handling drink orders (one for cold drinks and another for hot), so it wasunderstandably hectic; it also meant that service was really slow. I also think the person taking the orders mixed a few thingsup, which slowed the process even more. The person at the cashier taking the orders was also a little curt; I was standing witha family member waiting on our order, but she thought he was another patron and that I was blocking his access to the waterdispenser, so she snapped at me. For one thing, I was not blocking him, and I would have moved if I noticed another patronlooking to use the dispenser. Secondly, she could have at least been more polite about asking me to stand to the side. Eitherway, the whole experience, including the wait, equated to a disappointing experience at this location. lots of selections but aroma salad half tuna and egg with balsamic the best?
I have been ordering from Aroma Espresso Bar Promenade through Door Dash for 3 months for almost every day. Last 2 weeks their... food quality started to be very bad ( Found stones on the bowls, they replaced the ancient grains with something I can't evenidentify). But this week they stopped sending me what i actually ordered, I have been ordering coffee and this is the 2nd daythey dont send the coffee with my lunch. When i tried to call them nobody picks up the phone. Worst experience with thislocation, totally disappointed! Read more
Staffs are friendly, and they serve fast
Ordered a iced aroma light with oat milk as a treat after a hard day at work. I clarified to make sure the order was correct... because I?m seriously lactose intolerant. I?ve also been working hard on cutting calories but wanted a treat that fit into mycalorie count. Its been a long time since I?ve treated myself to a sugary drink so I didn?t realize until it was too late. 3/4of the way through the cup, I am sure something is wrong. I?m pretty sure this is a full fat milk regular aroma. This angryreview is currently being written from the toilet I?ve been sitting on for the last while. I?m in for a very uncomfortablenight. It is an understatement when I say my evening is ruined. Please take lactose intolerance orders seriously. Especiallywhen we double check. Edit: Just realized I also paid extra for the oat milk. A damned expensive premium. Needless to say I amupset. Do better for your future customers. Read more
The good news: they have oat milk. Not too many places have them. The bad news: I waited over 10 minutes for my order. I also... ordered a croissant which was warmed up upon order. However due to the long wait, it had cooled. I wasn't the only one with along wait. I do feel there should be two barista making drinks to speed order fulfillments. Read more
Up until today November 7/2022 I would give this restaurant 5 stars, today I rate it zero stars. My salad was on the counter... for about 10 minutes when I decided to finally remove it even though my name had not been called & I was still waiting for mycoffee & a slice of bread, after watching my coffee on the counter for 10 minutes I eventually picked that up & asked for mybread when the server snapped 'it's coming'. An hour after finishing my meal my bread still did not arrive!! When I went to thecounter to tell the waitress 'my bread did NOT come' she shrugged & walked away. I have never seen such disorganized mayhembehind a counter before anywhere. The servers would place one item on one tray then one item on another, instead of completingone full order at a time.
