Love these bagels!!! Never disappointed. $10 for a dozen
Bread and bakery items usually really good and fresh. They?re selling Costco muffins as their own. Prices not labeled on some... items and I have never been given a receipt on my multiple visits. Overall I don?t always feel welcome to the store due to onespecific employee, possible prejudice against minorities. Such a poor attitude when dealing with customers. The lack of pricingon some items and no receipt given. I?m reading the other reviews and seems like these are common issues that are notaddressed. Will be looking for another bakery for my needs. I LOVE this place! They never disappoint - the bagels and fresh breads are soft and delicious. Personal faves: cheese, marble... rye and chocolate chip. Highly recommend; I've gotten my whole family hooked on their bagels and freshly baked breads. Read more

Just ordered Uber Eats from this location. Decided to order ?Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich? because I ordered it at... Bayview location before and it was great. When my order has arrived I could not understand first if it?s was a wrong item orjust a scam. My bagel didn?t have salmon inside. It only had salmon flavoured cream cheese. When I called them they said that myorder was correct and this is a sandwich I ordered. The one with actual salmon in it called ?Cream Cheese and Nova LoxSandwich?. So now is the question: Why would you call it ?Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Sandwich? and why would you put a pictureof sandwich with actual salmon slices for a sandwich which has NO fish inside??? It doesn?t make any sense. Had a really good impression about this place this this morning. No complain about the food, but about the customer services... from one specific employee there leaves me with a bitter taste. I just got 2 sandwiches from the place and I have asked for myreceipt to see why I have to pay over 14$. On the receipt I can see one of the sandwiches I ordered, but instead of the secondone I see Lemonade/Orange, so I inquired why... To my surprise instead of logical explanation she mumbled something and leftfrom the counter. Leaving a customer to fell this...it's a no no in my book. I'm not sure what this store is all about...Ithought it's about customers and their expectations and experiences. You can see on the paper bag( pictures )...one is chickenand the other one is Lox. On the receipt supposing the Chicken sandwich its Lemonade/Orange ...should this be curious foranyone?! Read more
I love bakeries the smell of fresh bread in the air reminds me of my childhood. I've been coming here sense l moved out here.... Great variety of flavor even Gluten-free goods. The tuna sandwiches are amazing different kinds of cream cheese, breakfast andlunch also available. The customer service has improved threw the years and a comfortable environment... As l said in some of mypast review a friendly staff and a inviting atmosphere and environment are important!!! That being said l will keep cominghere!!! Read more
