Inconsistent product. Drivers and staff are great but the pizza is hit or miss, so I rarely order whereas I used to order... weekly. I guess they don?t miss or need my business, which is puzzling as that?s what keeps them in business. I never asked formuch, just consistently good pizza at a fair price. Last pizza tasted of tomato sauce and very little cheese so I are puzzled. Read more
We returned home and found our cheesy bread very poorly made with little to no cheese, and no garlic butter. We called the store... to see what the policies were for incorrectly made food. Our pizza was light on cheese as well. We were left in hold for severalminutes and had to request service several times. When finally speaking to a manager we were told to text a picture of theproduct to their personal cell phone where they would determine if the food was unsatisfactory enough for us. We were thenoffered the potential to drive to pick up another cheesy bread. The store was reluctant to even offer this service. We declinedbecause we had spent enough time on hold, postponing our weeknight dinner. We are disappointed with both the food service andcustomer service and will not be returning to this location. Used to be better few months ago, but last 2 orders really messed up and left literally a bad taste. 1st time seal on pizza was... opened and pizza was cold, they say they are training their staff and resend so we had to wait 90 minutes overall for pizza! 2ndtime again an hour waiting, called and worker just say sorry were busy today. Driver came smells from smoke and pizza was againcold. Will not order from here again anytime soon? Read more
Had best experience with location all because of employee named Mohit. He is excellent pizzamaker and customer representative.... Toppings was evenly placed on pizza. Kudos to Mohit ???????? Read more
The people work there are so rude. They do not respect customers at all and it was worse experience ever. Barely any toppings!... Just bread and sauce!! They put only two small pieces of very bad quality chicken and they call it a double topping!!! They giveyou less to make more money!!! The pizza was also burnt and smelled very bad. Like most people I eat at dominos any time I want pizza. This time the driver refused to come up to the condo, and when he... finally agreed, he had opened the box and played with the pizza. When I called and complained the store said they'd send meanother pizza. Same driver came back and was rude at the door and almost refused to give us the pizza. Not ordering from thisstore again. I personally find the sauce a bit too peppery and spicy, and on occasion the toppings are sparse. However the pizza dough is... good as is the overall pizza and is reasonably good value for money especially on days there are specials. Have never had anyproblems with their service, pizzas are always ready on time and are nice and hot, ready to eat. Read more
Take advantage of the coupons on the feast pizzas. If you order by choosing your own toppings, they get really stingy with the... portions. Read more
