We haven't been to this particular location of OneZo nor is the chain on our list of frequently visited bbtea joints, but we... have enjoyed the tapioca whenever we do visit, and today was no different. Today, we tried the totaro drink and the strawberrymojito drink. The former was pretty good, and our son really liked it (a plus is that they also have milk and yogurt drinks,ideal for kids or people who don't want caffeine). The latter was good on the first sip, but once the syrup was gone, you couldonly taste the soda water, and it wasn't possible to mix it to keep the flavour there. The tapioca is fresh, soft and chewy. The shape is not uniform. Some drinks you can?t customize much, so be aware of it. I... didn?t order via the app because it?s rather glitchy. Read more

Worst bubble tea place. Offered a promo through snaplli. Doesn't advertise that they don't accept it. I went in waited like 20... mins for them to finish making 5 drinks , then they told me the machine doesn't accept it but still scanned the code and now mycode is gone . Wow what a disappointment. Just have a sign that says it doesn't work. So I can save 20 mins and go to adifferent Bubble tea shop. Best of all a girl ahead of me used the same coupon and hers worked, just mine magically doesnt buton the app it confirms it did work. Tapioca is fresh and made in store. There is a variety of different drinks with fruit options and tea options, tea is usually on... the lighter end. Definitely a more premium bubble tea shop as the cost of the drinks are more on the higher end range. The storeitself is quite clean Read more
