Service was terrible. The normal manager in the back is amazing but the cashier was rude and disrespectful. He interrupted me... multiple times with attitude, and took my brothers money (his total was $16, he gave him $20 and the guy kept the change andclosed the till without asking. Wow unbelievable I had order twice from this location first day they arrived an hour later I placed my order . Order was... delivered incomplete they forgot my drinks, well ok I accepted it. Next day I placed an order again but an hour and 20 minuteshave passed and still is not being delivered. I called customer service they say will be there shortly after hour and 20 minuteswaiting, I ask if is gonna be free she say no. Umm it's ok but for I will never order pizza nova again. Read more
Ordered pizza online for pickup and went after thirty minutes, past their estimated time. It was clear they were unaware of the... order and were very late and unapologetic. The cashier on service on May 22 at 5pm EST was unfriendly and rude. Overall, badcustomer service, slow service and the food is unremarkable. You can find better experiences and food close by. My girlfriend went here to pick up wings. The wings were burnt. So she went to return the wings. One of the store associates and... the manager were very rude. They both were hollering at her. Pizza is good and made to order specifications; however, the staffing is very poor by the owner. I understand if it?s a family... run business but in this competitive mark you want well trained people working for you. You can not have customer facing staffwho are not well mannered and rude to some extent. Read more
