It's small place the pizza ???? taste ???? good but there are no washroom
Great pizza. We ordered 2 large pizzas and loved them. Can't say as much about the lady at customer service. Very rude and... unpleasant attitude the evening we went to pick up our order. Pizza with a free side order of negative attitude is uncalledfor. Not impressed at all. Read more

Worst pizza nova store in thornhill and quite frankly all of the stores in Vaughan they blended call when you specify a call... upon delivery, they leave the pizza out on cold stairs and also never EVER answer they?re phone or are on time. Very very badservice and cold pizza. Trust me this is the third time this has happened. STAY AWAY! Read more
Very Professional, friendly, polite and fast staff with high quality Pizza .Excellent service. Great location with lots of... parking spot. We went there with our children and were in rush. They greeted us warmly, prepared a fresh, tasty pizza very fast.The manager was super nice. Highly recommend it! Read more
I paid full price for a medium pizza with chicken, the pizza tasted okay but compared to other pizza novas i had been too this... location is no where near 4 stars. The pizza was razor thin like a sheet of paper and on top of that there was hardly anychicken on the pizza. That being said the pizza sauce was good and overall it was a fresh pizza but i wont be going back. Also idont know if it matters but the chubby lady in the red was not wearing a mask in the back. Maybe when they made my pizza theyweren't wearing it either lord knows. Read more
