I was looking forward to having some Popeyes this weekend, so I ordered chicken along with some mac & cheese for dinner. The... chicken was alright, but over-salted making them difficult to eat. Although Popeyes Mac & Cheese is nothing special, Popeyesexceeded all my expectations by serving the most vile and utterly disgusting excuse for pasta I've ever seen. The sauce was moreof a creamy water than cheese as it was runny and had little to no flavour. It was horrible to the point that the Kraft mac &cheese in my cupboard started to look like a gourmet meal in comparison. In the end, I tried to salvage it by mixing it withsome real cheese with some success. Because of this, my disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined. One of the worst Popeyes location. If you like paying for cold chicken and fries come here. Plus they are very cheap. Spent 10+... dollars on a meal and they wanted to charge me for a sauce. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else. Read more

The popcorn shrimp, fries and chicken sandwich was good. However I ordered 5 combos, and had asked for extra sauces, but Never... got any, not even 1. Cashier didn't even want to give me my bill told me five minutes, got my meal but still no receipt. Read more

Not the most glamourous photo of the POPEYE'S FAMOUS CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICH but a busy store meant my food got a little... roughed up in the process (and that's okay, 'cause my tastebuds were happy!) I went at open time to avoid any possible line upsand the store was already bustling with orders from in-store customers as well as delivery orders. You can snatch this sandwichin a spicy version was well, but I opted for the MILD for my first taste test ($5.99 plus tax). The most impressive thing aboutthis is its texture! The chicken patty itself is moist thanks for the buttermilk-coating while having very crispy and crunchysides without any trail of grease. This sits on top of a soft and buttery brioche bun which I really liked as well. For moreflavor, this sandwich has its own sauce and loads of pickles. Was it worth the hype? YES in my opinion as it met my expectationsand I couldn't ask for anything more. The staff were quick efficient as my order took only about 5-10 minutes to be ready afterordering. Service was also friendly and they included condiments (Louisiana hot sauce and ketchup) with my order without evenasking. I genuinely appreciate the accuracy of my order (i.e. they remembered to give me my extra sauces, and the correct ones,as this is usually a miss at other locations which aren't even half as busy). Update: I really want to applaud this locationbecause I'm reading about other people's experience at other locations and theirs is nothing in comparison. Others havecomplained about their small sandwiches, lack of sauce, and lack of pickles but this was the complete opposite of what I got!Thank you to the employees here for maintaining standards despite the heavy traffic and making sure their customers get thebest! Great location, always have lots of chicken ready and the staff is quick. Waiting times are much better than other locations so... I always choose this place. Clean location, a bit smaller and cosy than most chains, but I prefer this and for summer days a/cis cold. Read more
