Horrible customer service. The lady said her name is Monica made wrong coffee, gave me wrong sandwich, there were no apologies,... but she asked me what are you doing? Taking of picture of her? I was actually sending messages to my husband. She also told meshe will call head office to file complaint to a customer and repeat my name many times in the store to other customers. HORRIBLE customer service at this location. Mobile order 10 minutes in advance and still wait another 20 minutes, even with very... few customers in store. I understand being busy but this location is SLOW anytime I?ve ordered there. Not to mention somebaristas are rude and don?t acknowledge their customers, or you ask for something and they walk in the opposite direction. The two ladies that work Saturday morning are amazing. Very patient, sweet, kind and have such great postive attitude at 6:45am!
