First three (3) items on the menu that I asked for were not available at the time of my visit. Tiramisu Crunch and Signature... Milk Tea were my alternatives. They were not bad, indeed, they were unique, different from other milk teas. Unfortunately staffswere not accommodating and I am not fully confident if this tea shop was impressive enough to revisit, especially there are atleast seven (7) more tea shops within one-minute walking distance. I work very close by Hwy 7 and everytimes when I wanna go BBT...there must be plenty of choice on Hwy 7...however The Alley has... the upmost professional and great selection of BBT to choose...their prices are damn good... everything is expensive nowday...if any of you thinking drinking The Alley BBT is expensive or anything...then I would suggest those people just buy waterand finish it...why no complaint the gas prices are increasing? Or flight tickets are increasing? Anyways...talk back to theirlocation! This location may be small but and however the staff inside are professionally train with great attitude! The Alley now has a few stores in the GTA. I've been to the location on Main Street Unionville many times. On this night I was... with friends having dinner at a restaurant in the same plaza. We decided after eating to hit a 'Bubble Tea' Joint. Just a fewdoors down we found The Alley, and it was packed. We waited a little while for the crowd to calm down a bit and went in. This isa smaller location but the staff there are on the ball, and very helpful as I was looking more for a juice drink on this visitthan a Milk tea or Bubble tea. The Alley specializes in 'Deerioca' which is their version of tapioca. I've had the Deerioca afew times and I do like it. On this visit, I just wanted something sweet and not milky. My friend got their favourites and I gotsomething I hadn't tried before. On the advice of one of the staff, I got an Orange Lulu a sweet, orangy juice drink that wasice cold and very refreshing. I highly recommend this location but be warned, at night this smaller location is very busy withthe younger crowd, and you may have to wait a while for your drinks. We ordered the crunchy tiramisu milk and kiwi slush. Both were very delicious. The person serving us was very friendly !
Alley is one of my most visited bubble tea stores and my favorite drink is white peach Oolong tea with tapiocas. I give this... store a 3 stars because the ventilation inside the store has lots of room to improve and it?s always very humid and feel stuffy. However, the location is centrally located and convenient so I give it a 3 stars. Read more
The Alley is one of my favourite places for bubble tea. The reason it only deserved 3 stars at this location was because the... female worker there was really impatient when I was placing my order. When I asked her a question about their points collectionprogram, she answered with an attitude. Despite her poor service, the drinks were good and consistent. Read more
Great tea, well done boba. The sugar and ice level was just as requested. The royal number 9 is one of a kind.
