Sometimes they don't have some items ,veryyyyy slow service

I have been working in this mall for over 6 years and have been going to this Tim's regularly. Over the last year and a bit,... service has gotten worse and worse. New staff here are rude & not pleasant to deal with at all. At lunch time when all thestudents from across the street come to the mall, you really should have more staff working, running 1 cash is just not enough!!Out of a 30 min lunch break, standing in line 20 mins is not right. The last few times I?ve been here, I?ve had issues with their staff. I work in the mall, and the last time I went, I... accidentally ordered sausage in my wrap instead of bacon, and told me ?they already made it? and I would have to pay again. Ifthat?s their policy, that?s a little much, but they spoke to me so disrespectfully and I?m always super nice to them. Went to this place over the weekend when the crowds were accumulating. The staff took our order of soup, coffee and donut.... Embedded up giving us the wrong donut but we caught it in time and I excuse them given the long lines and the number of peoplethey have to deal work. Plenty of parking spots around and lots of seating available even for the weekend. In short, check yourdonut before leaving the premise and enjoy! Read more
