First visit: I ordered club turkey without bacon and I got it with bacon. Other than that food and icecap were fine. 2nd visit:... I ordered club turkey without bacon and got bacon again. Also on the monitor she added coffee and I made sure to say nocoffee! She still asked me again at the window and I said no coffee! And she charged me for the coffee anyway... Go figure. I ordered a farmers wrap, it came without napkins, I asked for some and this lady completely ignored me as if it's not her job... to do that. I asked multiple times to see if the she would respond, she turned back and didn't pay attention to what I wasasking for.She was being completely ignorant and rude. Please make sure staff are trained to treat customers well. I assume it'sa Russian woman, she makes wraps in the morning shift. Though I have noticed she had an unpleasant face all the time, today Icame across the toxicity she was wearing. I used to be a regular customer but not going back here to ruin my day. Read more

It is generally good to visit, however, some improvements required to work on. The employees are not so professional. They are... always chatting loudly and do not clean the areas such as tables or washrooms. I understand and agree to work like you playing,but they talk too much and loud. Read more

this morning I bought a coffee by using drive thru. The staff had absolutely no intention to give me back the change at all!... After she handed me over the coffee and then said bye have a nice day! Another Tim's little thief store! Watch out people! Read more

We went on the drive-thru and when I tried the hot chocolate it tasted like they added hot water more than the chocolate. What a... waste of money and when I called them they just say ohh I dont know why its like that Im like why cant you double check what youserve. Read more

Worst and the slowest service! I visited this store on Friday July 15 around 8:30am, I was the third in line and I had to wait... more than 20 minutes to get my order. The two customers ahead of me only ordered drinks and I had a small order myself (abreakfast combo). There were 5 staffs in the store and they seemed more concerned with the drive-through orders instead ofwalk-ins. Hygiene is another issue. One staff picked up a pen from the floor with his barehands and went on to open amilk/cream carton without washing his hands. The cashier took cash and then went on to the sandwich station without changing hergloves. Never coming back to this location. Read more

I ordered inside the store A bagel double toasted with cream cheese and here they present the food. I know it is busy but make... sure your giving a presentable items to your customers. And Please kindly wash and change your gloves One Lady Did my Order ibelieve she is a manager on that store 12:11pm Saturday May 28 Lunch time. She took my order and some other customers which isshe is wearing a gloves handling the money and she quickly change her task on the sandwich area without washing or changing thegloves. Please do something about it your a manager u must know the food safety and contamination. And one more thing stoptalking to your team members using your own languages.I Hope these will put in high action on your owner. Read more
