I love this restaurant. I have been going to this one since I was in high school! The food is great. The location itself is... very clean. The staff are very friendly. They are prompt with their service and ensure you have everything you need. The owneris a fantastic person and very fun to talk to. This is a great place to bring the family. I like the wings here. Properly cooked, jumbo sized wings and lots of flavors to choose from. But service is just not... satisfactory. It's a moderately sized place but there are only two servers and one bar tender working. It takes ages for theservers to come to your table, rarely they check up on you and if you need water or anything then good luck. Read more
As a first-timer to the Wild Wings restaurant, this location's service was an absolute disappointment. The restaurant was not... busy; there were two tables including us and a couple customers at the bar.. at most. The staff spent most of their time at theback and we had to wait on them to request our food. I've worked as a waitress before, albeit was Cineplex VIP but when there'ssomething wrong with an order, we'd ensure customer service was top notch and replace the order.
