At "dinner rush", They put each car on hold and take one order at a time and serve each car before taking the next order.... Because of this, i waited behind two cars and it took 20 minutes to finally take my order (after I as well was on hold forever).Im not exaggerating!!! It sucked. On top of it, they are in such a rush once they do take your order, they didnt listen when isaid no tomato, instead she repeats back no onion and the club doesn't have onion! And they didnt listen when i said crinklefries instead of curly, so the whole order was wrong. Then after paying they make us park at the front door and not even atleast giving us drinks first. My partner couldnt eat the damn curly fries and there we are picking off tomatoes. You would thinkserving one car at a time you would get it right!! How is this place still in business? We only went here because my kid wanted their nuggets. I ordered nuggets, mozzarella... sticks and a beef and cheddar. It took forever and we didn?t even get the nuggets! Plus, the bun on my sandwich was hard andstale. Meat was tasteless and cold. Mozzarella sticks were good, but I?ll go next door to Wendy?s next time. Read more

Took about 30 mins all together. Food wasn't even fresh for some reason. You would think you'd be getting fresh food with a wait... like that. Def skipping this Arby's next time Read more

Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. I tried their new 5pc Hushpuppy Breaded Fish Strip Meal (Pollack) with crinkle fries.... They say pictures are worth 1000 words. In this case words were deceiving. Honestly the Fish Strips were great tasting but themeal didn't meet expectations. Guess I was looking forward to a Long John's Silver experience. No Hushpuppys. The tartar saucewas more of a high fructose concoction of very sweet syrup. A small taste of vinigar. Taste was good but a far cry from tartarsauce. I'd say stick with basics and go with packets of Mayonnaise Tartar Sauce and Vinegar. OK I was a bit excited to try theirColeslaw but that cup in the picture was suppose to represent the corn syrup concoction and not even close in looks. I won'ttell you what the appearance reminds me of. But when you see it you will relate. It was a good tasting meal but missed the markon actual content. I will still choose Get Battered (G&B) Fish and Chips or LJS for my fish meal. Best to leave Arby's to theBeef and Chicken Meals. Read more

Not enough asjus as need you for French dips. Missing drinks. The young lady I talked to on the phone was very rude. I asked if... I could get sent coupons or something she said no. She said it was not her problem. I'm disabled and I told her I was unable tocome in. She then told me again that she could not help me. She told me the serving size is that she gave me were right becauseshe remembers doing the order. Read more

I am angry and annoyed at the experience I just had at this Arby?s. It is a blizzard outside and I work right across from Arby?s... so I went over for my lunch breaks and it took 30 minutes to get my food ordered. The voice that I heard said? thank you forchoosing Arby?s on this bright beautiful Colorado day,? in an annoyed robotic voice. I paid 13.14 before tax for the meal. Thequality is shockingly bad. Cold meat, no sauce, dripping with grease. See picture below. Before coming to this Arby?s askyourself, can you get this meal at higher quality for the same amount of time and price at a sit down restaurant. Read more
