30 minute wait to be seated then sat for 30 minutes without anyone even taking our drink order. A couple was seated after us got... a waitress pretty quick. When the large table got seated next to us and the waitress was there within 2 minutes. That's when wejust got up and left. That's the second time that has happened at that bdubs. Got a text that our table was ready at 2:40, false alarm it was 10 more minutes. No problem they sat us in a booth at 2:50 and... we ordered our food with our drinks as soon as the waitress showed up. Our food showed up at 3:40 and it was all luke warm andsome cold. Our kids ate their food because they were super hungry from waiting so long, but we returned our food. Our server wasupset that we complained about our food being cold and took the food back upset. I?m so glad I canceled my DoorDash delivery because the food was coming from across town, even though this location is less than... a mile from me, to end up with cold, mushy food anyway. Why have a tracker showing when the food is ready, if you aren?tactually going to use it?! You would think picking up my food 45 minutes after placing the order (with a 60 minute approximateready window) would result in fresh food?. Instead I get fries so cold they are sticking together, I had to air fry my cheesecurds and my wings were luke warm. I order out to give myself a break from cooking, not to eat food that my 11 year old canprovide. To the owner, how about stop using a formatted response and actually do something. was seated and waited for 25 minutes, received no custom service at all or at least water. after the 25 minutes, an older couple... was seated at the table next to us but as soon as they were seated their order was taken. after the waitress took their order,we had told the waitress that we were seated for 25 minutes and had not received any service at all. after, we waited another 10minutes and still hadn?t received any service. ended up leaving and going to gunther toody?s where there was much bettercustomer service???? The service wasn?t great at all. The other servers seemed friendly and nice. They guy sat us (a group of 5 at a tiny booth?no... problem fine, but literally wouldn?t take any of our cups that were empty or the plates. We had no room and it was souncomfortable We paid and still he didn?t take the stuff out of our way. Food was good minus the fries, Those were super cold,and stale we had to get new ones. Also the floors/which is all carpet was absolutely disgusting. Straw wrappers and dirtynapkins all over and random wings on the floor haha. It was not the cleanest BDUBZ. Great food at a reasonable price. Plenty of flavors to choose from for the wings. You can even ask for your wings to be extra... crispy. The fries are tasty but eat them while they are hot. There is a nice atmosphere there too with plenty of gamesavailable for viewing. The service was great too. Read more
Ordered online at 12:15am (closes at 1am) and app said food wouldn?t be ready until 10:30am next morning, so drive up to... restaurant, I talk to manager, he was super cool everything, got my order through. The reason why low stars is, even after allthat trouble they didn?t have cheese curds (had prepaid), so had to settle for mozzarella sticks, and They gave me bonelesswings when I had ordered traditional. Would have left 1 star, but left it at 2, only because of the managers friendliness,however my whole order was just messed up and not worth $19. I essentially paid $20 for some fries in a tiny box as theyboneless wings taste horrid and mozz are cold. Wing cave sounds good right about now?. Read more
Waited almost 35 minutes for a table when there were at least thirty tables open. Waited another 25 minutes to get waited on .... Food was great when it finally got there . Just went to eat after my son's football game . No drinking. Just for food. It tooka total of three hrs to get out of there. If my son wasn't with me keeping me calm . I would have left after waiting so longjust to get a table when there were so many available. Loved the food! But never again Read more
